Lifeletics Softball is focused on high-quality instruction helping to develop winners on and off the field. Currently focused in Academy-style and individual instruction, Lifeletics instructors are the experts in their field. A large part of coaching and teaching athletes is the ability to communicate with and relate to them. Lifeletics softball instructors are terrific coaches, positive role models, and share a sincere desire to help today's players improve!

Individual Instruction
Currently, Lifeletics is offering individual instruction for athletes in hitting and fastpitch. Instructor Gina Liebengood offers high-quality, fundamental instruction in fastpitch, focusing on a blend of physical and mental execution. Lifeletics instructors Jenn Olvera, Beth Burchell and Mike Fitzgerald, himself a veteran of several years of professional fastpitch, offers softball hitting instruction. Lessons are half-hour in length, offered at the Lifeletics Indoor Training Facility in Huntington Beach (info: 714-843-1989).

Summer & Winter Softball Academy
August 2008 marks Lifeletics' second season of the Summer Softball Academy. Over thirty athletes attended the Winter 2007 event, benefitting from the low instructor-to-athlete ratio and the fast-paced, high-energy workout. The 5-day itinerary emphasizes fundamental instruction and training in softball-athleticism drills and activities.

The Lifeletics Summer Softball Academy is available August 11-15 and August 18-22 at Wardlow Park (home to Huntington Valley Little League). Training Monday through Friday, the girls will experience 17.5 full hours of softball instruction. Gear up for tryouts with a fun and challenging workout. Jenn Olvera - A graduate of Vanguard University and 2006 Team MVP, Coach Olvera offers hitting, fielding and fastpitch lessons at the Lifeletics Indoor Training Facility.

Mike Fitzgerald - Former Head Coach at Fullerton's Hope University, Mike joins Lifeletics staff offering hitting, fielding and catching instruction. Coach Fitz will lead Lifeletics' softball clinics and showcase events as well. All instruction offered at Lifeletics state-of-the-art indoor facility.

Beth Burchell - A former collegiate outfielder at Vanguard University, Beth offers hitting instruction as well as clinic and academy instruction.
