Coaching Clinics / Lifeletics Spring Training Clinics


The Lifeletics Spring Training Clinic provides a full solution to the one of the most difficult league responsibilities: The Coaching Clinic. By combining a professional coach’s clinic with a thorough athlete workout, Lifeletics is able to provide your league with a tremendous value-add offering to members. All this is done at NO cost to the league and requires minimal volunteer time. In addition, Lifeletics donates 5% of all revenues generated back to the league. In the end, your league receives a fully-comprehensive professional athlete and coach’s clinix, at your sitw, with the opportunity to generate funds for the league!

Athlete Clinic Format
Athlete'a train through a complete dynamic warm up and throwing program, followed by six, 25-minute stations. Stations drill fundamentals in core aspects of baseball instruction (hitting, infield, outfield, throwing/pitching, baserunning, agility, etc). Included are stations designed to develop baseball athleticism, and general feel for on-the-field conduct. All clinics held at your league fields, with Lifeletics providing all equipment, staff and supplies. In case of inclement weather, clinics moved indoors to the Lifeletics Training Facility (no refunds).

Coach’s Clinic Format
Learn how to coach! Lifeletics' owner and President Dan Keller guides discussion including interactive drill presentation and physical involvement. Coach Keller wrote the book on Coaching Clinics (seriously, it can be found here) and has presented hundreds of clinics to thousands of baseball coaches. Included will be fundamental stations in baseball mechanics, both how to execute and how to coach the movements. More importantly, coach’s clinic will cover topics such as practice and game planning, running a team, and conclude with an open Q&A session. All coaches receive an instructional packet complete with area to take notes.

Hosting a Lifeletics Spring Training is FREE to the league. League handles only registration and sign-in duties (day of clinic).
